I’m an NHS nurse with more than 20 years’ experience. I have spent my career caring for unwell and injured people and their families, so I know how scary unfamiliar situations can be. I am also a qualified, quality-assured First Aid Instructor. I hold approved accreditations in Basic, Immediate and Advanced Life Support for both Adult and Paediatric, and regularly facilitate on Resuscitation Council UK courses.
I undertake recertification, revalidation and annual skill evaluations to make sure my practice and teaching remain up-to-date and in line with National and European standards and HSE requirements.
My internal quality is assured, Anglia CPR is an approved training centre with ProTrainings Europe Ltd.
If I’m not training or doing talks, I can be found outside walking my dog or riding a horse.
